Flo keeps asking me for paying again and again and again after I already paid my one year and just don’t want it anymore. It keeps charging my card and I can’t change a thing about it. All the little sites are poorly programmed and the AI assistant doesn’t even remotely help. There is NO Flo subscription on my Apple device and whenever I go on the site to change it, it just makes me pay again. I like Flo but the system it has in place is just horrible and makes me want to uninstall it and tell everyone to stay away from it.

To cancel the subscription on your iOS device, please follow the steps below: 1. Launch the standard iOS Settings app 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) 4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period. If there are no subscriptions or if Flo isn’t among the apps you are subscribed to, it means that you don’t have a subscription under your current Apple ID.
